The tip of 80-month-aged Parmigiano Reggiano is supplied in a heat-shrink vacuum-sealed pack (shelf life: 6 months).
We recommend opening the product one day in advance to allow it to breathe.
Once the tip has been removed from the vacuum-sealed pack, wrap it in the special Parmigiano Reggiano-branded silicone paper supplied with the product.
