Conditions of Sale
1. PRICES
The sales prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros including VAT, without taking into account shipping costs. The latter, if any, are always charged to the user and are invoiced at the time the order is validated, as a supplement to the products selected. Latteria Nuova Mandrio reserves the right to change prices without prior notice, but undertakes to apply the prices in force (i.e. those indicated on the site) at the time the order is placed.
2. PAYMENTS
Payment for purchases made may be made by the following means:
- ONLINE PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD In order to meet the requirements of ease of use and maximum security on the part of the purchaser, Latteria Nuova Mandrio has chosen to use the services of PAYPAL and STRIPE, which use a 128-BIT SSL3 protocol to guarantee maximum security.
- PAYMENT BY CONFIRMED BANK TRANSFER
After formulating and confirming the purchase order, the Customer shall receive an e-mail confirming the placing of the order. The e-mail will contain the order protocol.

The order will be considered final and thus put into processing when the money is credited to the account provided.
3. BILLING
A special tax document is attached to each order; this document will be sent, when the order is processed, inside the package with the ordered products.
4. RESPONSIBILITY
The user of the site is aware that he/she connects to and uses the services offered by the site at his/her own risk. Under no circumstances may Latteria Nuova Mandrio be held liable for direct or indirect damages (financial, pecuniary, economic losses) suffered by a user or by third parties as a result of connection to the site, the impossibility of accessing it, or its good or bad functioning. The foregoing applies in particular to damages that may be caused by the presence of inaccurate content or errors, by the slowness or interruption of data transmission, by the loss, disappearance or alteration of data, by viruses, whatever their origin, by the intrusion of third parties, and, in general, by the use of our site or the impossibility of using it. Latteria Nuova Mandrio guarantees that it will always do everything necessary to ensure the availability of the site’s services. However, for technical reasons, a momentary interruption of services is always possible. Latteria Nuova Mandrio will make every effort to inform its customers as best it can about the nature and duration of such interruptions, but cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for the unavailability of its services. Furthermore, Latteria Nuova Mandrio cannot guarantee the reliability and quality of the Internet network outside its premises. Links to other sites are provided for the user’s convenience. Under no circumstances can Latteria Nuova Mandrio guarantee the content of the aforementioned sites and shall in no circumstances be held liable in the event of complaints or direct or indirect damage caused, either to a user or to third parties, by the content of such sites.
5. PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotion codes corresponding to a trial offer (proposed by one of our partners), or similar, cannot be combined with other trial offers, unless otherwise stated in the offer description. Promotion codes are only valid for the products indicated on the website. A promotion code corresponding to a trial offer can only be used once per household (same name, same address) and is non-refundable. Several promotion codes cannot be combined on the same order. To benefit from the reduction linked to a promotional code, you must enter the code in the space provided when validating your order. In the event of forgetfulness on the part of the user, it will not be possible to cancel the order, or to renew it to take account of the reduction. A promotional code is only valid for the period indicated in the description of the corresponding offer.
Privacy
Latteria Nuova Mandrio respects the privacy of each customer. The e-mail address and any personal data of customers are kept by Latteria Nuova Mandrio for the sole purpose of processing the order and for sending periodic informative newsletters. It will not, in any case and at any time, be sold or brought to the attention of third party companies. In any event, the use of data by Latteria Nuova Mandrio for promotional initiatives or to distribute information on new services is subject to the express consent of the customer or site visitor. All data processing procedures are carried out in compliance with the laws in force in Italy pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and Law Decree 139/2021 of the Personal Data Protection Code. By filling in the registration form and accepting these conditions, the Customer consents to the processing and communication of his/her personal data for the purposes indicated above. In the event of non-acceptance of these conditions, Latteria Nuova Mandrio will not be able to manage the purchase procedure.
1. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
Pursuant to art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679 of the Personal Data Protection Code, the Customer’s personal data, for which Latteria Nuova Mandrio guarantees the utmost confidentiality in compliance with the aforementioned legislation, shall be processed, communicated and disseminated, including with the aid of electronic or automated means, directly and/or through third parties, for purposes connected with the purchase of products marketed by Latteria Nuova Mandrio and for statistical purposes. Every data subject (he or she whose data are processed by us) has the right to: know at any time what personal data are in our possession and how they are used – have their data updated, supplemented, corrected or deleted; – request suspension or oppose their processing. These rights may be exercised by sending a request to that effect by e-mail to the addresses indicated in the contact section.
2. DATA CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY
Pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03 (Privacy Code), and EU Regulation 2016/679, your personal data, provided to us in the course of entering into business relations are subject to computerised and/or manual processing by us, for the following purposes:

Please note that the processing of data for the purposes indicated in point a) b) is mandatory and essential for the proper execution of orders and contracts. It is your right to exercise your rights under Article 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights) of Legislative Decree 196/03 and EU Regulation 2016/679. The absence of the required personal information implies the automatic cancellation of the order. The communication of false or untrue information is contrary to these General Conditions of Use. In particular, Latteria Nuova Mandrio specifies that the personal data provided by its customers will not be used for the purposes of commercial information or sending advertising material, or for carrying out market research or interactive commercial communication, unless the customer has given his or her prior consent.
Returns & Withdrawals
he customer may request cancellation of his order if after 30 days from the date of payment his order has not yet been handed over to the courier for delivery. Latteria Nuova Mandrio recognises the right of withdrawal as provided for by current legislation D.lgs 206/2005.
In order to make use of the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that:
- the customer expresses his wish to avail himself of the right of withdrawal by sending written notice to info@latterianuovamandrio.it
- the purchased goods are undamaged and returned in their original packaging
- the goods must be returned together with a copy of the purchase document, i.e. the accompanying invoice or receipt of the purchased products.
- the product is returned in the time and manner described above.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the goods have arrived at our warehouse, they will be examined for any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. All products ordered by you may be replaced if they are damaged, do not conform to the acceptance of your order sent to you by e-mail, or are defective. After checking the integrity of the goods, we will credit you with the amount already paid through the same means used for payment at the time of purchase. The refund covers all sums paid and will be made no later than 15 days after receipt of the goods. The only costs to be borne by the Customer are those relating to the return of the product. In the event that the user opts for product replacement, the cost of sending the new product shall be borne by the user. The return of products, without prior authorisation from Latteria Nuova Mandrio, is excluded and will not be accepted.

Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 10 working days from the confirmation of payment (and in any case within 30 days from the day after the day on which the consumer placed the order. Art.6 paragraph 1 Legislative Decree 185), by express courier according to the rates quoted at the time of the order. You will be sent an e-mail on the day the order is shipped. Neither shipments nor deliveries by couriers are made on Saturdays and Sundays. The product will be delivered to the address indicated when the order is confirmed. The delivery times expressed on the site are approximate and depend on the products chosen and may be changed at any time and are not binding in any way for Latteria Nuova Mandrio. We would like to remind you that it is possible to include different formats and different products in the same order, but if there are several different products it may take a few extra days’ for processing. Under no circumstances may Latteria Nuova Mandrio be held liable for direct or indirect damages caused by late delivery of an order or loss of the same by the courier and/or loss.
Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer shall check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to the number indicated in the transport document.
- that the packaging is intact and undamaged, including the closing tapes.
In the event of tampering and/or breakage, the Customer must immediately dispute the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the words ‘RESERVE TO CHECK GOODS’ on the copy of the delivery document to be returned signed to the courier or other operator. If a parcel is accepted without affixing the necessary reservations to the goods delivered by the courier, the Customer may in no way claim any shortages or damage due to transport at a later date to Latteria Nuova Mandrio, but only to the courier. The Customer must report any damage within 7 (seven) days of receipt of the goods, to the following address: info@latterianuovamandrio.it. For each delivery order, the Customer is obliged to specify at least one telephone number so that the express courier can contact him in the event of delivery difficulties; should the delivery fail for reasons not attributable to Latteria Nuova Mandrio or the express courier for 2 consecutive deliveries, the costs of storage or redelivery as quantified by the express courier will be charged, or it will be possible to collect the product at the courier’s sorting point.
Shipping
Free shipping is guaranteed for orders over €80 shipped within Italy and for orders over €200 shipped abroad. In case of a lower order amount, the transport costs will be calculated automatically according to the postcode and the weight of the parcel.
