Panettone with Pears and Chocolate is made with the usual dough of wheat flour, eggs, butter, natural yeast, Madagascar vanilla pods to which is added a soft and sweet heart with lots of candied pear pieces and chocolate chips… a delight!

The pears are naturally candied and the chocolate is extraordinary: obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa varieties, the most prized qualities on the market.
