Nuova Mandrio Cheese Factory (Latteria Nuova Mandrio) was founded in 1948 by some cow breeders in Correggio (Reggio Emilia). A group of 10 of our associated breeders supply us with the milk required for the production of Parmigiano Reggiano Cheese (Parmesan Cheese). They produce 35 tons of milk. Half of the 6.000 units of parmesan cheese we produce every year are sold directly in our internal shop.
