HOW TO ORDER

The prices of the products in our on-line shop include VAT. Making purchases in our on-line shop is very simple and secure:

1. On the left the product categories are always available. Click on a category to see the list of our products.

2. When you find a product you are interested in, place it in your shopping cart by clicking on the cart button with the arrow "add to shopping cart".

3. At any moment you can check and change the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on “Shopping Cart” in the upper left.

4. Minimum order: There is no minimum order.

5. When a product is on special offer, this is indicated by a flashing image. The offer of a single product is limited in time; the special offer period is highlighted at the end of the offer. It is also possible to have a percentage discount for purchase quantities. The methods of the discount and the quantities to be purchased can be seen on the product description page.

6. Promotions: various types of discounts are applied. In addition to the offer on a single product, there may be promotions related to particular periods (e.g. Christmas). Please read the news on the site. Not all products, however, are included in the discount for seasonal promotions. Please read the product sheets to find those which are in promotion.

7. VIP discount: regular customers of Latteria Nuova Mandrio may obtain a personal discount that will be applied to each purchase. Customers are notified by e-mail when they receive this special treatment by the Latteria.

8. To send the order, click on “Purchase”: you will be asked for your username and password, and a screen will appear showing your data. If you are not registered, you can do so directly from the shopping cart. After registration, the list of products will be proposed, along with the various types of shipping available with respective costs. Once you have chosen the type of shipping, click on “Check out” and you will be asked to confirm the order.

9. Check the price of the goods and the shipping cost and choose the method of payment you prefer from those available:

At this point the order has been sent. Via e-mail you will receive confirmation of order acknowledgement and you will be informed about the status of your order.

The goods will be sent with the accompanying bill; the invoice will be issued by the end of the month in which the shipment takes place.

 

SHIPPING COSTS

The calculation of the weight will include any accessories ordered (e.g. boxes, knives, etc.). The weight of the accessories is indicated on the site. For shipments of over 30 kg it will be necessary to use a pallet for shipping, the added weight of which is 3 kg. It will be necessary to use one pallet for each 150 kg.

For shipments within Italy, Latteria Nuova Mandrio uses the courier service SDA, with delivery in 1-9 days of the shipping date (the prices shown on the table include VAT).

For shipments in Europe, Latteria Nuova Mandrio uses the courier service SDA for economy shipments. Delivery is made in 1-9 days of the shipping date (the prices shown on the table include VAT).

METHOD OF PAYMENT

Payment for purchases made can take place using the following methods:

1. ON-LINE PAYMENT by CREDIT CARD.
In order to respond to the need for easy use and the maximum security for customers, Latteria Nuova Mandrio has chosen to make use of the GestPay service offered by BancaSella. This system uses a proprietary protocol based on SSL3 with Triple Des algorithm 128 bits to ensure the maximum security.

Despite what you read or hear in the news, communicating your credit card number over the Internet is safe.
LatteriaNuovaMandrio.it has entrusted the management of sales transactions to BANCA SELLA. This bank has created a secure system to allow LatteriaNuovaMandrio.it to accept payments made by Visa or Mastercard in a simple, fast, and secure manner.
This method of payment allows the cardholder to supply his or her sensitive data (card number, expiration date, name, etc.) directly to the bank and not to LatteriaNuovaMandrio.it or to the Internet service provider. In fact, with the Banca Sella solution, at the moment in which the purchaser confirms his/her intention to pay by credit card, he/she is transferred directly to the payment page resident on the secure server of Banca Sella, on which the purchaser enters the sensitive data related to the credit card.
Banca Sella conveys this data to the international Visa and Mastercard authorising circuits and sends LatteriaNuovaMandrio.it the outcome of the transaction, displaying a response page to inform the purchaser of the positive outcome of the purchase.

128-BIT SSL3 protocol:
Communication between the browser and the bank’s server is guaranteed by 128-BIT SSL3 encryption, which is currently the highest security standard.

2.PAYMENT OFF-LINE by CONFIRMED BANK DRAFT.
After having formulated and confirmed the purchase order, the customer will receive an e-mail to confirm that the order has been forwarded.
The e-mail indicates the protocol of the order. The purchaser must print the e-mail or the order page and send it via fax to the number +39 0522 69.94.97 together with the statement of the bank transfer.
The purchaser must then go to a bank or the post office to effect the traditional procedure of funds transfer.
